Vingårdene: Greek Rare grape's, Naturally, Biodynamically, Vegan.

Viticulture in Greece appears in the Neolithic era, when man became a farmer and breeder. The heyday of wine begins when trade in the eastern Mediterranean becomes organized and develops rapidly, from about the 10th century BC. At the same time, some wines become famous and sought-after based on their origin. Frequent references to wine by philosophers, orators and travelers of the time prove that wine was already a basic dietary habit in Greece a defining ingredient too in the relationship between gods and humans. After all, what god was worshiped more than Dionysus?

Today, in mainland and island Greece, more than 300 native varieties are cultivated, many of them unique.
