Roditis Amphora is a skin contact vinification of the pink-skin Roditis grape, and fermented / aged in 200-year-old local reclaimed amphorae, from biodynamic, dry vineyards.
Spontaneously fermented in clay amphora with a 20-day maceration, no pressing, and 6-months in an outdoor buried amphora.
Notes: Bright bronze color, well integrated tannins, vibrant acidity, long aftertaste. Aromas of honeycomb, orange peel, and intense minerality.
