Notes Rosé is made from Moschofilero, a special variety that gives aromatic, muscat-flavoured grapes. A small amount of Syrah is blended in to give added complexity and colour. This is a perfectly balanced, dry wine with a bright colour and lively acidity. It has fresh muscat aromas of jasmine, rose petals and spice.

Moschofilero is a Peloponnesian ‘gray’ variety that gives aromatic, muscat-flavoured grapes.
GRAPE ORIGIN Estate vineyards on Kefalonia. Limestone terroir.
VINIFICATION Three days of cold soak for the Moschofilero & 8 hours for the Syrah. The free run juice is cold-fermented to complete dryness in stainless steel vats to retain its aromas and delicate colour. The wine is then blended and undergoes 4 months of batonnage prior tobottling
PRODUCTION Limited to 8,000 bottles.
