Oenotria land 2018 Organic red dry - Cabernet Sauv. 90% – Agiorgitiko 10%, Alc. 14.5%, Kapandriti Region ,Attika , Domaine Costa Lazaridis .

Protected Geographical Indication Attica

TASTING NOTES :Dense, deep red.

Concentrated, multilayered presence, dominated by the aromas of black fruit, vanilla, toasted bread, chocolate and spices.

Fleshy, well structured with firm but elegant tannins and abundant ripe fruit. Warm and generous, it retains an enviable balance completed by the long, spice finish.

Grapes for certified organic vineyards. Ages for 18 months in French oak barrels 50% new. It is unfiltered so there may be sediment in the bottled. Decanting is recommended.

AGEING : It will continue to evolve for at least 15-20 years after the harvest year.

FOOD PAIRING : Loves red meat and especially lamb in almost all its versions. Try it also with slow cooked beef, steak and roast duck.
