Chlori is a rare variety, practically saved from oblivion thanks to the viticultural passion of SIFLOGO WINERY. This is a zero-zero vinification with a few days of skin contact, to show this forgotten variety in all its purity.

  • Vinification: 5 days of pre-fermentation skin contact, wild fermentation in stainless steel with mild temperature control, lees removal and elevation for a few months in stainless steel, and bottled unfiltered and unfined with no addition of sulfites or any additives.
