The Story of a Subversive Artisan from Megara Attica

Christos Koulouriotis was born and raised in Megara Attica, an area with a long history around wine. His family had private vineyards, especially before the phylloxera that affected them in 1974, with the result that wine is not absent from his childhood memories.

Growing up, he always maintained an active interest in wine. Although his main profession is a Software and Information Systems Engineer, in 2009 he decided to start wine studies at the Wine & Spirits Professional Center (WSPC), which he completed a few years later, with the highest title offered by the London WSET worldwide, the Diploma in Wine & Spirits Level 4;

Not wanting to waste his hard work and the deep knowledge he had acquired around wine, he decided to create " The Knack Project ".

Through The Knack Project, Christos wants to create wines that captivate, both in terms of aroma and taste, as well as appearance. Its purpose is to create a small production with unsurpassed quality, which surprises the consumer and makes him look for them.
